Description:

• Will perform monitoring of all BMS systems to ensure the facilities, equipment and environmental systems are within specified ranges and operating systems are functioning properly.
• Observes deviations from systems specifications and works with Facilities staff to correct or resolve these discrepancies.
• May assist in calibrating and fine‐tuning controls.
• Should have experience working with HVAC systems including refrigeration equipment, Chillers, etc.
• Experience with water purification systems preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience working in commercial buildings.
• Experience working in a GMP setting is a plus.
